Big Dawg

Program Overview

Big Dawg is an 8-week strength program built to carve out your Superhero V-Taper—broad shoulders, thick back, tight waist, and strong legs. Designed for intermediate lifters (with beginner-friendly mods), this 5-day split combines push-pull-legs, core sculpting, and upper-body dominance to build a physique that commands respect.

Weeks 1–4: Build the Frame

Establish your foundation by building width in the lats and shoulders, tightening the waist, and developing lower-body strength. This is where your Big Dawg structure begins to take shape.

Weeks 5–8: Intensify & Sculpt

Turn up the volume with supersets, advanced core work, and sculpting finishers to refine muscle definition and bring out your superhero silhouette. Time to look and move like a true Big Dawg.

Nutrition Strategy

Fuel your gains with high protein, moderate carbs, and healthy fats to support muscle growth, recovery, and hormonal balance. Whether you’re in a deficit or maintaining, keep sodium low and hydration high to keep the waist snatched and your physique tight.

Weekly Progress Trackers

Track your transformation like a Big Dawg: measure shoulder width, waistline, pull-up reps, and take front/side/back progress pics every two weeks. Let the results speak loud.
