• Bodied By Pool and its trainers are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issues resulting from participation in any workout or program.

• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

3. Payments and Billing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be made in full before access to any program or service is granted.

• We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue services at any time.

• Subscription or recurring payments will continue until canceled. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases of digital or fitness-related services (including training programs, meal plans, or consultations) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

For in-person or virtual training sessions:

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

• Packages must be used within their stated expiration period.
